Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth, professional experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies before confirming your appointment.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This confirms your booking and reserves your treatment time exclusively.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, prior to the service being carried out.
• All payments made are final and non-refundable.
• Payment is accepted in cash.
• For bank transfer or card payments, valid ID is required for security and verification purposes.
• Clients must be 18 years or older to book treatments.
• Appointments must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance for your deposit to be transferred to a new date.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service, in addition to the forfeited deposit.
• Outstanding balances must be cleared before any future bookings can be confirmed.
• Repeated missed appointments may result in the inability to book future appointments.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Late arrivals may incur a late fee and could reduce treatment time.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
• To ensure a comfortable and professional environment, no additional guests are permitted in the treatment room.
This includes friends, family members, children, and pets.
